If you have been diagnosed, I recommend DBT. It perfectly describes what I went through. This catch all diagnosis is particularity demeaning, while at the same time, few professionals can diagnosis the more dangerous serious cases.
Others for example, will avoid and bypass any intense interaction because it feels too difficult to tolerate and can't cope with the emotional turmoil, some don't shout back if they suspect cheating or their low self esteem and emotional radar for anyone leaving them, they simply fold into themselves and become very depleted and sad and take things out on themselves Im a bipolar depressed so everything is more intense than some things explained here.
Studies have also found that people with BPD can see anger in emotionally neutral faces or react to words with negative connotations much more strongly than people without the condition.
